We are invited to dive into Cuban culture and traditions from traditional coffee to cigar rolling and musical heritage.

A kind invite by H.E. Alexander Valentin Rodriguez, Ambassador of Cuba and his wife Lesly Ramírez Morales.

Directly from the Caribian we are invited to discover the tradition and culture of Cuba. Starting with a nice cup of Cuban Coffee, discovering the music and listening to the testimony of a Torcedora, women dedicated in the tradition of rolling cigars.

Along side a welcoming atmosphere with Cuban fashion designer Marie and for sure some nice steps to the beat of Son cubano.

Morning Yoga Class on the Veranda — Invitation (20 May 2026)

Dear ladies,

Imagine a morning when the day is just beginning. The air is fresh and clean, everything is quiet, and soft sunlight falls across a wooden veranda. There is nowhere to rush — you finally have time just to be.

I invite you to a morning yoga class on the veranda — a practice designed to gently wake up the body, fill you with energy, and set a calm, focused rhythm for the entire day.

This class is about your inner state, not about perfect shapes or performance. It’s about feeling your body alive, light, and stable at the same time.

We will begin with gentle breathing and grounding to release sleep and mental fog. Then we will slowly warm up the body through soft, mindful movements — the neck, shoulders, spine, and joints.

After that, we will move into the asana practice:

— postures to improve posture and open the chest

— gentle balance poses to build focus

— stretches for the back and the whole body

— exercises that help you feel grounded and supported

Everything will be done in a calm pace, with attention to sensations, without pressure or strain.

And at the end — deep relaxation. You simply lie down, listen to the morning sounds, feel the warmth, and let your body reset itself — calmly, evenly, lightly.

This is a morning after which:

breathing feels easier

the back feels more aligned

the mind becomes quieter

energy rises naturally, without caffeine

The practice is suitable for all levels, even if you have never done yoga before.

If you want to start your day differently — gently, consciously, and beautifully — you are warmly welcome.

We invite you on a tour of Casa Plantelor by Floral Soul, a unique plant concept store located in Bucharest, Romania.

This place is more than just a flower shop — it is a green creative space dedicated to indoor plants, sustainable design, and wellbeing.

The store is located on General Berthelot Street 73, in central Bucharest and has become popular among plant lovers, interior designers, and people who want to bring nature closer to their homes and offices.

Casa Plantelor by Floral Soul is located in a historic villa on General Berthelot Street in Bucharest, a building strongly connected to the life of Simina Mezincescu, who was an important Romanian cultural and historical figure. She was one of Romania’s first female rally champions, and a political prisoner during the communist regime, and later the Chief of Royal Protocol for the Romanian Royal Family.

She became especially known after 1990 because she supported the return of King Michael I and the Royal Family to Romania after communism. Her house on Berthelot Street became an important meeting place for members of the Royal Family and Romanian intellectuals.

The villa on 73, Berthelot Street was more than a private residence. During the early 1990s:

Simina Mezincescu hosted members of the Romanian Royal Family there, important meetings and discussions took place in the house, and the building became associated with the reorganization of the Royal House in Romania after the fall of communism.

The house also reflects the elegance of old Bucharest architecture, combining historical charm with cultural significance.

Today, the historic villa hosts Casa Plantelor by Floral Soul, a modern plant and design concept space. The combination of: historical architecture, artistic atmosphere, and natural greenery creates a unique experience for visitors.

The transformation of the villa into a botanical and creative space preserves the cultural spirit of the building while giving it a contemporary purpose connected to wellbeing, design, and sustainability.

The house of Simina Mezincescu is not only an architectural landmark in Bucharest, but also a symbol of Romanian cultural resistance, royal history, and elegance. Today, through Floral Soul Casa Plantelor, the building continues to inspire people by combining history, art, and nature in one special place.
