IWAThe International Women's Association of Bucharest
IWA is a volunteer-run nonprofit association, bringing people together since 1978.

IWA supports charitable organizations in the greater Bucharest area by providing grants for short-term projects,
in order to improve the lives of disadvantaged Romanians. Join us today to help those in need.

There are many different ways to be involved and help those in need. Your support makes a difference in the lives of so many, and enriches your time in Bucharest in meaningful ways.

We invite you to join the IWA Charity Committee, make a donation to IWA's charitable fund, or help with IWA's annual fundraising Charity Christmas Bazaar.

Many of us also volunteer with different nonprofit associations, and donate time, meals or goods.

We'd love to chat with you, so please speak to any of our Committee members or email: iwa.charity@gmail.com

Please note that you are welcome to invite any registered NGO to apply for a grant meeting our criteria. Grant request details can be found here.
