The IWA Bucharest Bazaar 2026 will take place at Romexpo Pavilion C2 on 6 December, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
You can sell anything at the bazaar. For food items, you need to have complete certifications and sanitary permits.
We can start product deliveries on Friday through Saturday, December 4-5, 2026.
The tables are 80cm x 80cm. Each country will have a minimum of 2 tables. Each country may request for additional table space as needed through the Table Request form. You can request the link from iwabucharest@gmail.com.
You may request plugs through the Table Request form. However, plugs are very limited in availability.
Yes! There will be activities and entertainment corner for children. More information about the children's programme will be announced closer to the event.
Yes, the venue is accessible by public transport. It is 5 minutes away from the Piața Presei Libere tram and bus station. Buses 196, 203, 304, 331, 403, 441, 442, 443, 444, 446, 447, 448, 477, 642, trolleybus 93 and tram 41 stop near the bazaar venue.
There is plenty of paid parking availability on the venue.
Entertainment Program

Yes! All countries are welcome to participate with or without table presence at the bazaar. To join, kindly complete the Entertainment and Parade Form.
The costume parade is at 11:50 AM–12:20 PM.
Only two (2) representatives and one (1) flag are allowed per country. These limits are necessary due to stage capacity and weight restrictions.
Children are welcome to participate in the Entertainment Program only during the designated children's performance period: 10:10 AM–11:45 AM.
Charity Beneficiaries
The Bazaar supports charitable causes in different ways.
The main beneficiary of the Bazaar 2026 is a school supporting children who have hearing disabilities.
The remaining funds raised through the Bazaar are distributed through grants to charitable organisations and NGOs, as determined by the IWA Charity Committee.
In addition, unsold items from the Bazaar are donated to NGOs participating in the event, with their distribution coordinated by the Chair of the IWA Charity Committee.
The main beneficiary of Bazaar 2025 was Caiac Smile. The rest of the funds are being distributed to NGOs by the Charity Committee. To know more, see the ongoing projects for 2026: Charity Beneficiaries 2026
