About Manasia Domain:
A patrimony gem, the domain is a Class A historical monument of national importance. First built in 1650 the place is full of history of the Romanian aristocracy. The current mansion, built in 1899 with an eclectic style with classical and romantic architectural elements was restored to its full grandeur. The generous natural light, the precious decorations and the impressive painting collection recreate the aristocratic atmosphere of the past times. The mansion is surrounded by magnificent gardens spreading over two hectare, restored by a team of landscape architects with British lawns and paved alleys.
About Chef Alexandru Iacob:
Alexandru graduated the renowned university Basque Culinary Center in Spain. The skills gained during his studies were put into practice first abroad, in countries such as Spain, Germany or Austria, where he had the opportunity to cook for local celebrities. Recently returned to Romania, Alexandru Iacob stood out among the talents of the avant-garde cooking by winning the second edition of the prestigious competition show Top Chef. Ever since 2014, he has been leading the entire culinary team of the Manasia Domain aiming to raise any dish to perfection
About Artist Ramona Pintea:
Ramona grew up in Brasov and in 1991 she moved to London where she studied at The University of Arts London. She began her career as a fashion designer in London, then expanded into interior design. However painting was always her first love and when she moved back to Romania she decided to listen to her inner calling and dedicated all her energy to painting.
Ramona has exhibited in Europe and USA and her paintings are in private collections from Canada to Phillipines and from Mexico to Switzerland.
Ramona enjoys teaching painting classes from time to time, her style is creative, fun and entertaining. This class is for the amateurs, beginners and intermediates. www.ramonapintea.com
