Chhavi, an enthusiastic and certified trainer (zumba, yoga, personal) from India, has recently moved to the Pipera area and is offering Bollywood Zumba and Yoga-lates classes, in addition to meditation sessions. She wishes to invite any interested IWA members to a demonstration class of both zumba and yoga. Please contact her directly if you wish to try a class on this day or if you need further details.
