Join me and learn to make one of Romania’s most traditional soups, under the guidance of the City Grill Academy Instructor, Catalin.
This traditional bean soup with Romanian bacon is very hearty, delicious and incredibly moreish!!
Before our workshop begins, we relax with a tea, coffee or water.
And while our fabulous soup is cooking, we will have a lunch of Ciorba and bread from Pescarus restaurant.
